# Finz

> Finz runs daily bookkeeping, close and reporting for multi-location restaurant groups. AI agents do the work across the systems a group already uses; people approve inside their own rules. Owners and controllers get cash, cost and margin by location every day, a morning brief, and a weekly P&L by location.

Who it is for: owners, founders and CEOs of restaurant groups, franchisees and PE-backed groups with several locations, and their controllers, CFOs and COOs.

How it works:
- Connects read-only to point of sale, delivery, payroll, banks and accounting (for example Toast, DoorDash, ADP, Paychex, 7shifts, QuickBooks, NetSuite, Sage Intacct). Nothing to migrate; books stay where they are.
- Agents match payouts, code invoices, split shared costs, check vendor invoices against contract and follow up credits.
- Anything over a set limit, such as a payment over $10,000, waits for a named approver. Every action is logged and can be reversed.
- Live in about a week: connect on day 1, automate by day 3, in control by day 7.

- Platform: $399 per location per month. Agents do the work; your team approves. Includes daily close by location, morning brief, weekly P&L by location, approval rules and audit trail.
- Managed: $1,199 per location per month. Everything in Platform, plus a Finz finance expert and agent engineer; the close is prepared for your controller to sign off.
- Dedicated: custom pricing. Everything in Managed, plus custom connectors, a dedicated full-time team and agreed response times. For groups with several brands or entities.
- No setup fee, no annual contract, cancel anytime. Billed monthly per location.

## FAQ
- What counts as a location? Each restaurant with its own sales, staff and P&L.
- What happens when a group opens a new restaurant? Finz connects it the same week and adds it to the monthly bill.
- Can a group change plans? Yes, up or down, whenever needed.
- Does the group still need its bookkeeper? Yes. Finz does the daily work and the bookkeeper approves it. On Managed, a Finz finance expert works with them.
- Does the group still need its CPA? Yes, for tax.
- Does Finz replace the finance team? No. It takes admin off their desk so they spend the week on decisions.
